Place a fully refundable $1,000.00 deposit, on any available lot of your choice, or an open deposit without choosing a lot. If you are not traveling during the designated marketing trips listed on this page, choose the open deposit, as specific lots cannot be reserved during a marketing trip without you being there. Either deposit will freeze prices until completion of your trip or 60 days, whichever comes first. Your deposit must be received by us prior to your trip to Panama and may be paid by personal check or cashier's check. (No US Postal money orders)
 

After touring Isla Solarte lots, if you decide not to purchase, your $1,000.00 deposit is refunded to you promptly at your request, provided your personal check has cleared our bank at that time.

If you decide to purchase a lot while you are in Panama, you would sign a purchase agreement and make your deposit non-refundable prior to returning home. You will then be given a 15 day escrow period to finalize payment arrangements. (3% discount for payment in full, or up to 50% financing at 9.9% for up to 36 monthly payments.

After signing the purchase contract, your total deposits, PLUS YOUR $1,000.00 TRAVEL BONUS will be deducted from the purchase price of your lot.

It's that simple…make your refundable deposit prior to visiting and touring Isla Solarte, and if you don't buy, you get it refunded promptly, and if you do decide to buy, your deposit, Plus the $1,000.00 Travel Bonus will be applied toward the purchase price of your lot. You save $1,000.00!
